Return Policy

At BG Concern, we are committed to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. We aim to ensure that all our products meet our customers’ expectations. However, if you experience any issues with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

24-Hour Return Policy (Perishable & Frozen Products)

For perishable and frozen products such as milk, cheese, cakes, chocolates, meat, fish, eggs and other such items:
- customers must notify us within 24 hours of purchase or delivery if any issue arises.
- Please note: That complaints received after 24 hours will not be considered.

7-Days Return Policy. (Non-Perishable)

We offer a 7-days return policy for groceries and other non-perishable items.
- Complaints or return requests submitted after 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns:

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
• The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• A valid bill or proof of purchase must be presented at the time period of return.

Return Charges - Return service charges will be equivalent to the applicable delivery service charges.

REFUNDS - no physical damages or tampering are accepted.

Replacement Policy

Replacement is available only for the same product if it is defected, damaged, or misplaced at the time of delivery. The product must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with a valid receipt within the return time period.
